Grow at Clark Gardens March 2025

Join Clark Gardens in this annual celebration of opening for the spring season. Each March a month-long festival, Grow at Clark Gardens, is hosted.

Grow at Clark Gardens is all about enriching lives through art, wellness, and nature-based activities.

There is something for everyone. While many of the activities are included with the purchase of a general admissions ticket, some events require tickets to be purchased in advance and some have additional fees that apply. All details can be found below.

During 2025’s Grow at Clark Gardens each weekend will have a different theme: Grow Wild, Let’s Go Girls, Grow Together – Through Horticulture & Holi Celebration, Grow West – Celebrating Texas Heritage, and Let the Good Time Grow.

One Man, Two Worlds Traveling Exhibit

Location: History House
Cynthia Ann and Quanah Parker are two important names in U.S. frontier history. Much can be learned from the dramatic story of these two courageous individuals. The photo exhibit tells the story of these two people caught between two different worlds.

Field of Beauty, The Iris Monotypes

Location: Chapel
Forrest Moses (1934-2021) is lauded as the pinnacle of abstracted painting of nature's essence. Masterfully translating the rhythms of color and form of the iris into works that transcend mere replication, Moses provides viewers a glimpse into the profound beauty of this magnificent flower by way of his interpretation of its elegance and striking symmetry.

Learn about 7 different styles of cheese, how they are made, and the best pairings to enhance their flavors. Get ready to indulge in a variety of cheeses and expand your palate. Don't miss out on this cheesy experience! You will also receive a Clark Gardens stemless wineglass and a grow tee shirt with the original Grow Logo!

Antonelli’s Cheese Shop’s flagship class, "Cheese 101" is a brilliant way to get to know the "7 Styles of Cheese." This thrilling & educational experience spans 1.5 hours of structured tasting & education time, followed by a half-hour of social time to enjoy the gardens. This class will guide you through all seven styles of cheese, allowing you to taste curated artisan selections of each – all thoughtfully paired with selections from Antonelli’s wide array of sundries (like chocolates, pickles, preserves & honey!). From “Mild to Wild,” this is always a fun ride!

Antonelli's Cheese Shop is internationally known for curating some of the world's best cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments. Named one of the best cheese shops in America by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the mom-and-pop cheese shop is currently featured in Capital One's small business commercial, generating over 9 billion impressions and counting. This event will be led by founder Kendall Antonelli, a Certified Cheese Professional and Introductory Sommelier. Don't miss out! Most of their events are in the Central Texas region, and Kendall (Max Clark's Granddaughter) is coming home to lead this North Texas tasting at the gardens where she was raised.

Bankhead Texas Wine Bar will be carefully working with Antonelli's Cheese Shop to provide the perfect wine pairings, available at an additional cost.
