About Crazy Wellness Retreat

We are a community of holistic health practitioners, wellness experts, local business owners, and community organizations working together to provide a unique wellness experience.

A collaboration between The City of Mineral Wells Main Street Program, The Mineral Wells Chamber of Commerce, The Crazy Water Hotel, Crazy Water, Strong On Health and Dustin Strong, Palo Pinto General Hospital, Clark Gardens, and Lake Mineral Wells State Park, the Crazy Wellness Retreats were born out of a joint desire to improve holistic health through immersive experiences.

We host multiple Crazy Wellness Retreats within a year, each focusing on an important pillar of health:

• Movement (Nov 4-6, 2022) - SOLD OUT!
• Mindfulness (Mar 10-12, 2023)
• Nutrition (Jun 9-11, 2023)
• Sleep (Sep 29-Oct 1, 2023)
• TBD (Jan 12-14, 2024)

Each retreat will incorporate all pillars because each one is critical to a healthy mind, body and soul, but we will have a primary focus on one pillar each weekend. The weekends are developed for you to build real practices for healthy habits that slow down the accumulated effects of stress.
